At Palazzo Sangiorgio, we are happy to welcome pets because we know how important it is to travel with your four-legged family members. To ensure maximum comfort and the best experience for all our guests, we have established a few simple rules to follow during your stay.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Pet Friendly Rules
1. ACCEPTANCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Pets are only allowed if notified at the time of booking or before arrival. Dogs weighing up to 8 kg are welcome. At check-in, you must present the animal's health card with the relevant vaccinations. If you do not have a health card, you must sign a declaration confirming that the animal is regularly vaccinated, healthy, free from parasites and insured for any damage it may cause to property or persons.
2. SAFETY
Animals must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in the hotel's common areas. Four-legged guests must not disturb other guests, either in their rooms or when passing through common areas. Animals must not be left unattended in rooms without prior authorisation. For the safety and comfort of the animal, the chambermaid will not clean the room if the four-legged guest is left unattended. Therefore, the room will only be cleaned when the animal is in your company and under your supervision. Any noisy or disruptive behaviour must be avoided out of respect for other guests.
3. HYGIENE
Animals are NOT allowed in the restaurant, bar or wellness centre for reasons of hygiene and safety. If an animal soils the floor, the owner must clean it up immediately and notify the hotel staff. We kindly ask you to remove any animal waste from the hotel areas (courtyard, lobby, rooftop). For extra cleaning of rooms after a stay with an animal, a supplement of €15 will be applied.
4. RESPONSIBILITY
Owners are responsible for any damage or expenses caused by their animal to the property, furnishings or other guests. Palazzo Sangiorgio reserves the right to request a security deposit to cover any damage.

We suggest you contact us in advance to check availability and specific requirements for your pet. To ensure everyone's peace of mind, the rules can be adapted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the needs of guests and the type of animal.
